He began his relationship with RE/MAX in 1979, introducing the RE/MAX Hot Air Balloon to Texas. He later became Regional Director, and the architect of the region’s explosive growth. Richard acquired full ownership in 2002, and under his direction,RE/MAX of Texas expanded to over 265 franchise locations with over 4,200 Sales Associates who conducted over $ 11billion in 2010 sales.

Dave Liniger is internationally known for his accuracy in forecasting real estate market trends, his advocacy for reform in housing policy, and his support of advanced training and education for real estate professionals. He is widely credited with doing more than anyone in the industry to improve real estate agents’ potential for business success.

Brian Buffini was born and raised in Ireland. He immigrated to the United States and entered the real estate industry in San Diego. Rather than follow traditional lead-generation methods, however, Brian developed a sophisticated system to grow his business.

Holding the reigns of RE/MAX, LLC, Margaret Kelly became Chief Executive Officer in 2005.  Kelly is a frequent speaker and moderator at RE/MAX Conventions and a familiar face on RE/MAX University and as a spokesperson on national media regarding real estate industry facts and trends.
